سياسة البيع والاستلام

يُرجى العلم أن معاينة الطلب متاحة قبل الاستلام. وفي حال عدم رضا العميلة عن اي المنتج، يمكن رفض الاستلام وإرجاعه مع المندوب مباشرة.

أما في حالة طلب التبديل بعد الاستلام، فيكون ذلك حسب توافر المنتج في المخزون. وفي حال الموافقة على التبديل، تتحمل العميلة تكلفة الشحن

Sales & Delivery Policy

Please note that order inspection is allowed before receiving. If the customer is not satisfied with any item, she may refuse the order and return it with the courier immediately.

In case of exchange after receiving the order, this is subject to product availability in stock. If the exchange is approved, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
